We visited with the family as a party of eight to celebrate an 80th birthday. From initial enquiry to checkout, every single member of staff could not have been more helpful, welcoming or accommodating. All our bedrooms were spacious, …
visited with my wife and a couple of friends for New Years Day lunch. The well presented staff in their uniforms were very helpful and provide great service throughout. The dining room was lovely overlooking the Quay and out to sea. Enjoyed …
Popped in for a light bite and were greeted in the bar by a polite cheerful chap Andrew barman/front of house. Had a couple of steak ciabattas, all very tasty & piping hot fries. Lovely veiws across the harbour & beyond. We then had a 3hr …
It’s a shame they advertise that they’re dog friendly, but don’t allow dogs in communal areas. Maybe a dog friendly room would be beneficial? |Great service, nice menu and brilliant views across the marsh. |Great value for money and you can understand why people return year on year to this quality establishment
We have been staying at The Blakeney Hotel for around 20 years and I can honestly say that it remains a constant oasis of calm. The setting is fabulous - book an estuary view if you can as the views are breath taking. Pool, sauna and steam …
Have tried to visit this hotel numerous times for a quick bite to eat, and have considered staying here previously. However, while hotel advertises itself as dog friendly, is hugely not so. Dogs not allowed anywhere in the hotel outside of the rooms. Seems a massive shame to bring your dog only to have to lock it away!
Haven't visited for some years however popped in today for coffee and cake.
More traditional hotel.
Very comfortable.
Orange and Almond cake was a good choice 👍
We just had a lovely lunch here for our wedding anniversary. Having stopped in for coffee a few week's ago, we knew we would come back as we were blown away by the experience.
We chose to sit in the bar which is comfortable and cosy with wonderful views of the quay. The food was lovely, I had the duck hoisin wrap with chips and my husband had the seafood platter. Both were so well presented and yes it's slightly more expensive than some places, but it's totally worth it for the setting, food quality and impeccable service. Thanks for making our day so special, we shall be back!
Been visiting the Hotel for over 20 years. Avoid room 26 unless you are an athletic. The bath is dangerous to mount but you can hang onto the massive over sized sink to hoist yourself in. Once in you have to fight with the sooty curtain and …
Very nice lunch, and pleasant staff. But not a single Christmas decoration in the bar, and a christmas tree in the lounge without a a single light or even a bauble on it. The place totally lacked any festive cheer!!
